Security Works at IDA Kilbarry Business & Technology Park

Tender description

The purpose of the works is to prevent unauthorised entry into the site by controlling/monitoring access to the Kilbarry Business Park. This is achieved by installing a new perimeter fencing, constructed along the northern and southern boundaries of the park for a total combined length of 2100 linear meters. The fencing is to be high security palisade type, installed at 2.60m in height along the park’s southern perimeter. The fencing is to be standard security palisade in type installed at 2.40m in height along the park’s northern perimeter At the main entrance of the park, new motorised vehicular and pedestrian gates are to be installed . CCTV locations throughout the site are to be installed to provide remote monitoring of the site and ANPR installation at the main business park entrance.
