Provision of Management Account support

Tender description

Provision of management accountancy support to complement and provide additional capacity and capability as required to in-house resources. Lot 1: LocatED is looking to appoint a provider that can deliver management accountancy support that will comprise the following: • Preparing reports on at least a monthly basis to allow the continued review of the company's performance against the annual administration running cost budget. • Producing timely and accurate monthly period-end journals and accruals as required. • Maintaining financial records for each scheme and service in a manner that facilitates management reports which will comprise of data provided by LocatED. • Calculate and submit the annual Corporation Tax (always a nil value) and VAT return to HMRC. • Maintaining compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. • Supporting the Associate Director of Finance in ensuring all statutory requirements of LocatED are met. • Assisting in the preparation of information for the annual audit. • Create and issue invoices to clients of LocatED should LocatED begin charging for services.
