Gwahoddiad i Dendro am Wasanaethau Ffensys Stoc ar Fryniau Prestatyn MANYLEB Cyflwyniad a Chyd-destun Mae AHNE Bryniau Clwyd a Dyffryn Dyfrdwy, ar ran Partneriaeth Atebion Tirwedd Gogledd Ddwyrain Cymru, yn gwahodd cyflenwyr cymwys a chymwysedig i roi pris ar tua 1300m o ffens stoc terfyn ar hyd SoDdGA Bryniau Prestatyn. Cyflawnir y prosiect hwn drwy'r Cynllun Atebion Tirwedd a ariennir gan Lywodraeth Cymru sy'n anelu i ddod â dros 40 o safleoedd i gyfundrefnau rheoli cynaliadwy. Mae llinell y ffens wedi'i lleoli ar safle a reolir gan AHNE Bryniau Clwyd a Dyffryn Dyfrdwy. Nodau ac Amcanion y prosiect. • Mae angen ffens stoc i alluogi pori da byw i reoli cynefin glaswelltir calchfaen ar ran uchaf ochr y bryn. • Bydd yr ardal bori yn cael ei rhannu'n 3 phadog unigol er mwyn rhoi gwell rheolaeth dros wasgedd da byw ar ochr y bryn. o Gweler 'Prestatyn Hillside Fencing Aerial' a 'Location Plan' ar gyfer lleoliad y llinell ffens, tynnwyd sylw at y ffensys arfaethedig mewn melyn • Ffensys pyst Corstag i'w gosod o Cynnyrch a hawliau patent JB Corrie felly bydd angen dod o hyd i ddeunyddiau gan JB Corrie Gweler 'Lluniadu Adeiladu' am fanylion gosod • 8 Giatiau mochyn metel i'w gosod o Amlygir lleoliad y giatiau mochyn mewn coch ar ddogfen 'Kissing Gate Locations' • Bydd angen 3 giât stoc 10 troedfedd i alluogi mynediad i stoc rhwng padogau pori. Amserlen Yr holl waith i'w gwblhau erbyn 23/11/2021 dyma'r dyddiad diweddaraf y gellir cwblhau'r gwaith Invitation to Tender for Services Stock Fencing at Prestatyn Hillside SPECIFICATION Introduction and Context The Clwydian Range and Dee Valley AONB, on behalf of North East Wales Landscape Solutions Partnership invites competent and qualified suppliers to quote for approximately 1300m of boundary stock fence installation along Prestatyn Hillside SSSI. This project is carried out through the Welsh Government funded Landscape Solutions Scheme which aims to bring over 40 sites into sustainable management regimes. The fence line is situated on a Clwydian Range and Dee Valley AONB managed site. Aims of the Project / Objectives • The stock fence is required to enable livestock grazing to manage limestone grassland habitat on the top section of the hillside. • The grazing area will be split into 3 separate paddocks to give a greater control of the livestock pressure on the hillside. o Please see attached ‘Prestatyn Hillside Fencing Aerial’ and ‘Location Plan’ for location of fenceline, the proposed fenceline has been highlighted in yellow • Corstag Dropper fencing to be installed o JB Corrie patented product therefore materials will need to be sourced from JB Corrie o Please see ‘Construction Drawing’ for installation details • 8 Metal kissing gates to be installed o The Location of the kissing gates are highlighted in red on ‘Kissing Gate Locations’ document • 3 10ft stock gates will be required to provide access for stock between grazing paddocks Timetable All works to be completed by 23/11/2021 this is the latest date that works can be completed
