Tender description

Dublin City Council is proposing to award a commercial concession for the sale of tea, coffee and associated refreshments in two lots: Lot 1: Eamonn Ceannt Park, Crumlin, Dublin 12 Lot 2: Fairview Park, Dublin 3. The concession will be for a period of 11 months and subject to performance reviews. Tenderers are entitled to apply for, and may be awarded, 1 or both lots. Dublin City Council will award each Lot on an individual basis (as set out in the Award Criteria, Section 8 below). Dublin City Council reserves the right not to award a concession following this tender process. The trading unit may be a static structure which will remain on site for the duration of the concession, or it may be a mobile unit that is removed at the end of each trading day. The trading unit will only operate in the designated area of the parks as outlined in the attached maps (see Appendix F). Tenderers are advised to visit the site(s) to satisfy themselves of the layout of the sites and local arrangements for access into and out of the parks and logistics involved in managing access to toilet facilities.
