CWC21033 - Kitchen Deep Cleaning Services

<p>The Council is seeking a competent Service Provider that can provide 4 types of Deep Clean Services to approximately 35 Education, Commercial &amp; Facilities buildings across the Councils property estate as detailed below. 1. Deep Clean &ndash; The majority of kitchens will require an annual deep clean. 2. Kitchen Extraction Clean &ndash; All of the sites maintained by the council will require an annual extraction fan and ventilation ducting deep clean. 3. Grease Traps Clean &ndash; Some kitchens will require an annual grease trap deep clean. 4. Oven Condenser Units Clean &ndash; Some kitchens will require the oven condenser units to be cleaned. The number of properties may vary during the length of the contract, subject to the Council requirements and properties being added or removed from the Council&rsquo;s property portfolio. The contract will be centrally co-ordinated and managed by the Council&rsquo;s Catering Services. The initial term will be for four (4) years, with the option for a single twelve (12) months extension subject to satisfactory performance and price. The total contract term will not exceed five (5) years. The Council is intending to commencement the contract on 01 September 2021 or as otherwise agreed between the parties.
