The development and provision of CISM services to Fire Authorities in the Western Region through various means including training programmes, peer support development programmes and information courses. The service should include counselling and debriefing sessions and provision of a telephone contact system. Lot 218122: CISM Services for Fire Authorities in the Western Region including Donegal The provision of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Services to Fire Authorities in the West Region (Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Roscommon, Leitrim and Donegal). The service should include the development and delivery of CISM training programmes, peer support development programmes and information courses to each Fire Authority and also include counselling and debriefing sessions as well as the provision of a telephone contact system/careline.
