CISM services for 10 Fire Services in Leinster

Tender description

The supply of training, advice and support services for staff in 10 Fire Authorities in Leinster in the area of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). This will include preparing staff as part of routine training, developing identified individuals as CISM supporters, advising management teams on CISM matters, providing counselling to staff that request it, responding to assist teams manage the stress associated with emergency events. Lot 217790: CISM services for 10 Fire Services in Leinster Kildare County Council is managing the critical incident stress management for 10 fire services in the province of Leinster. This will include the provision of training, administration, advertisement, counselling, incident debriefing and advice to Fire Services personnel and the Management teams in the individual fire services. This tender is to provide those services for the next 3 years.
