BUILDING REFURBISHMENT WORKS - FRIESLAND SCHOOL

Tender description

Two Counties Trust are looking for a suitably qualified Main Contractor to Tender Works as detailed below on a Plan & Specification basis. The work is to refurbish the existing changing, shower and Wc facilities at Freisland School. Works are confined to two separate areas which would allow sequenced working. The works include the strip out including removal of internal walls, doors, frames, wall/floor & Ceiling finishes together with existing sanitary-ware incl the hot & cold service pipework & electrical strip out. A full refit of both areas to include new finishes throughout, new showering and Wc cubicles, hot and cold services together with a new ventilation system is programmed.
