Tender description

The works covered consists of the disconnection, removal and proper disposal of the existing redundant light fittings in the general classrooms, classroom toilets, offices, resource rooms, general purpose room, staff room, library and male and female toilets in the junior section of the building, including the supply and installation of replacement LED fittings including some modifications/ adjustments to the existing wiring being retained. Also included is the taking down, removal and proper disposal of the existing 1200 mm x 600mm and 600 x 600 mm drop in suspended ceiling tiles, and the provision of new replacement ceiling tiles and thermal insulation, including the provision of new 600mm x 600 mm suspended ceiling system, in the classroom toilets, offices, resource rooms, staff room and library, all as indicated on the attached drawings and as specified. Your Tender should be returned by the eTender portal, not later than 2.00 pm on Friday the 2nd July 2021. The attached signed Documents must be included with the tenderer’s submission. Any tenderer who has not submitted the signed suitability declaration, signed health and safety declaration and the signed Form of Tender and Schedule with the price clearly stated will be excluded.
