Tender description

This appointment is made as a the second stage of a two stage tender process issued as mini-competition call off under the North East Universities' Major Construction Works Framework Agreement for North-East Universities EFM2019NE. The Contractor appointed at stage one had been awarded stage two having successfully achieved the requirements for appointment of the second stage. All works and services will be carried out in accordance with the agreed JCT contract conditions which includes new build and refurbishment of the building in phases to an agreed contract sum.
