Tender description

<p>The Government of Jersey (&lsquo;GoJ&rsquo;) is seeking to procure a Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor to procure and manage the works contracts and associated design teams for the renovation of the Jersey Arts Centre (&lsquo;JAC&rsquo;) and refurbishment of the Jersey Opera House (&lsquo;JOH&rsquo;), and subsequently project manage/cost manage both projects to completion.</p> <p>**Project awarded under the Fiscal Stimulus Fund from the GoJ, please refer to ITT Information for further information (Section 1.2-Project Background**</p> Keywords: Refurbishment, Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Building, Renovation
