Tender description

The Global Open Finance Centre of Excellence (GOFCoE), a UKRI Strength in Places Fund (SIPF) UoE project requires a continuation of services from Criterium Group Limited (CGL) management consultancy to continue to develop the GOFCoE Innovation proposition to a minimum viable product and beyond. This contract has been awarded via Direct Award from framework RM6008 Management Consultancy Framework Two (MCF2), Lot 1 Business Consultancy Services. The framework allows for direct award where - 1. the supplier provides the most economically advantageous solution for your requirements (this may be difficult to establish without seeking solutions from other suppliers); or 2. your requirements can only be met by one supplier; and all of the terms of the proposed contract are laid down in the framework and the call-off terms do not require amendment or any supplementary terms and conditions. In this case, direct award is justified under point 2. CGL, by virtue of the work carried out to date, have established unique knowledge, skills and expertise and it would cause substantial duplication of costs to bring in another organisation. The call off terms are suitable for our purposes and will not require any amendment.
