Tender description
The Department of Foreign Affairs’ (DFA) Development Cooperation and Africa Division (DCAD) is seeking to submit a tender to engage an external service provider for the purpose of providing management and evaluation support services to the Africa Agri-Food Development Programme (AADP). In particular, the service provider will: i. Conduct due diligence activities on applicants to the AADP; ii. Deliver advisory support to the AADP’s Evaluation Committee on investment decision-making; iii. Provide technical assistance to applicants on aspects of their proposals with a focus on maximising the development impact of their projects; and iv. Make recommendations on further improvements to the AADP’s internal processes. This contract will run for a period of approximately 18 months from July 2021 to December 2022.
