The University of Edinburgh requires Consultancy Services for Supporting an International Higher Education Partnership in China The University of Edinburgh seeks to further mature a partnership with a consortium of high-profile Chinese entities. The partnership intends to develop and deliver a “Health research, innovation and education programme.” The university is now tendering to create a Framework Agreement to provide consultancy services from suitably qualified and experienced management consultancies to assist with phase 2 and possibly into phase 3 of the programme, to deliver the following objectives: - Support the management and implementation of the programme. - Monitor the progression of project plans and deliverables across the partnership to ensure achievement of mutually agreed objectives on-time and within budget. - Demonstrate that the partnership delivers value for money. - Advise on the balance of risk in the programme – strategic and delivery
