Commission of Artist(s) for Street Art Programme

<p>Wychavon District Council are looking to commission an artist or group of artists to be involved in a community led Street Art Programme in Droitwich Spa. The programme will include seven underpasses, these are grouped in to 5 sites and as such we are anticipating that 5 different artists or groups of artists will be commissioned to deliver the work. However, we invite artists to submit proposals for more than one site and should it be appropriate reserve the right to select the same artist or group of artists to deliver work on more than one site. Please note there is a fixed price for each site which is detailed in Appendix 8.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please see the procurement documents for further information.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
