Highways England are proposing to put in place a new category management Pavement Delivery Framework that will provide supply and services for our Operations Directorate of Materials, Plant and Labour to carry out surfacing and pavement construction operations including: bituminous and concrete repairs, surface restoration techniques, planing, paving, iron work adjustment and renewal, Cold Applied Ultra-Thin Surfacing (CAUTS), hydraulically bound mixtures, in-situ and ex-situ recycling, footway surfacing and asphalt kerbing, temporary work, provision of welfare facilities, undertake Principal Contractor duties. The scope may also include emergency response. Lot 1: Lot 1 - North Super Region The supply of materials, plant and labour to carry out surfacing and pavement construction operations in HE Areas 10, 12, 13 and 14, including: bituminous and concrete repairs, surface restoration techniques, planing, paving, iron work adjustment and renewal, Cold Applied Ultra-Thin Surfacing (CAUTS), hydraulically bound mixtures, in-situ and ex-situ recycling, footway surfacing and asphalt kerbing, temporary works, provision of welfare facilities, undertake Principal Contractor duties. The scope may also include emergency response. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Central Super Region The supply of materials, plant and labour to carry out surfacing and pavement construction operations in HE Areas 6, 7, 8 and 9, including: bituminous and concrete repairs, surface restoration techniques, planing, paving, iron work adjustment and renewal, Cold Applied Ultra-Thin Surfacing (CAUTS), hydraulically bound mixtures, in-situ and ex-situ recycling, footway surfacing and asphalt kerbing, temporary works, provision of welfare facilities, undertake Principal Contractor duties.
