ICT13342 Surface Technology Contracts Retender (STCR) - Industry Day

Tender description

Following an initial PIN notice issued in April 2020 (ref: 2020/S 078-185489), Transport for London (TfL) has undertaken a number of Market Engagement Events/Questionnaires re the procurement of its surface transport technology contracts. TfL is now in a position to progress with the procurement of STCR for the delivery of both capital works and maintenance activities across London for the following asset categories: • automatic traffic signals - wig wags, junctions and crossings (ATS); • variable message signs (VMS); • overhead vehicle detection (OVD); • surface CCTV (installation, maintenance and support services); • civils engineering to support traffic infrastructure projects (in each package). Prior to the call for competition, TfL is planning an Industry Day on the 6th July 2021. The Industry Day will be a virtual meeting that will enable TfL to brief interested parties on the requirements, procurement process, overview of the lots and the procurement timelines. Interested parties are requested to confirm details (max of 2 people per organisation) that they wish to attend. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is issued solely for the purpose of conducting an Industry Day. It does not constitute any commitment by TfL to undertake any public procurement exercise in the future. TfL is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in this Industry Day.
