Tender description

Kirklees Council - Homes and Neighbourhoods are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced research consultancy to carry out our Annual Tenant Satisfaction survey using the Regulator for Social Housing’s Tenants Satisfaction Measure approach. The contract will run for 2 years with an option 1 + 1 year extension. During the contract period the successful supplier will provide annual TSM surveys which it is anticipated will follow the same timeline and format/structure.
