1653 The Rewelding of Existing Vinyl Flooring and Replacement of Damaged Vinyl Flooring at The Vijay Patel Building, De Montfort University, Leicester

Tender description

The University requires single provider for the rewelding of existing vinyl flooring and the replacement of damaged vinyl flooring at The Vijay Patel Building. The Contractor is to provide an outline programme proposal for completion of the works within the contract dates as below in 1.3. Please note as there is multiple occupation of the building on the same and different floor levels access to carry out the works internally may be restrictive if required and the contractor needs to take this into account within their programme. A detailed programme is to be agreed prior to starting on site. Please note all or any part of the works stipulated within the Schedule of Works will be subject to budget availability and therefore may be required to be completed at different stages over the contract period specified.
