Provision of DLMC Service Design Partner

Tender description

Following an agile delivery approach, DLMC now needs to deliver Discovery phases to detail user needs and fully document the problems that are to be resolved by delivery of the eight digital services that have been endorsed. Once the problem space has been clarified and detailed, the Service Design Partner will be required to identify candidate solutions to meet the needs, working alongside existing DLMC, TAFMIS and DLE teams to deliver Alpha phases. Feedback from users will be captured and fed back into the development of prototype solutions for each of the eight digital services. This evidence will form the basis for subsequent FBCs to the Approving Authority seeking transition of each DLMC's eight services into Beta development, then live.
