THIS IS A WORKS AND SERVICES TYPE OF CONTRACT – WINDOWS AND DOORS MTVH is seeking to appoint suitably qualified contractors to its framework for the provision of window and door replacement services. Lot Lot 1 - East Midlands: Property Services - Windows and Doors - East Midlands THIS IS A WORKS AND SERVICES TYPE OF CONTRACT – WINDOWS AND DOORS This notice relates to Window and Door Replacement works to properties owned/managed by Metropolitan Housing Trust Limited trading as Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH). See tender documents for additional information. The works envisaged in the specification may include but are not limited to: Removal of existing windows including communal windows Removal of existing flat front and rear doors where required, not including any communal doors or flat entrance doors opening into a communal area. Installation of new doubled glazed windows Installation of new double-glazed rear doors and pre-finished timber 30-minute fire rated front door sets (FD30S) if needed.
