Design of Taxonomy and retention File Plan, including the rules that apply, for Home England Document Management System.\r \r Deliverables include: \r • a set of design principles outlining the overall approach to information architecture and records management.\r • definition of the broad site architecture that correspond to high level groupings of content.\r • a metadata schema which defines the essential attributes that are needed to describe information assets across the organisation.\r • the identification of required taxonomies, an outline of their structure, and starter term sets.\r • an initial set of content types required by Office 365, including initial metadata fields. \r • an outline file plan and associated retention labels in a form suitable for use in Microsoft 365 to support the application of the Homes England retention schedule to content.
