Tender description

To ensure appropriate guidance for project sponsors, the PMO wishes to commission external expertise to develop a robust approach to decision-making that takes into consideration carbon and biodiversity impacts. Phase 1: Review best practice in carbon, biodiversity and wider environmental assessments Phase 2: Identify or devise appropriate and robust carbon and biodiversity methodologies and assessments, supported by recommendations on how to implement the assessments across the Growth Deal and NWEAB local authority partners. Phase 3: Test application of proposed approach with at least one Growth Deal project Phase 4: Share details of the proposed approach with NWEAB PMO and partners through a learning event.
