Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Electrical Plant - Service, Repair and Replace

East Sussex Fire Authority has a requirement for all sites with air conditioning units, that this equipment is inspected and serviced either 6 monthly or quarterly, and maintained on an ongoing basis. In addition, East Sussex Fire Authority has a requirement for sites with mechanical and electrical plant, that this equipment is also inspected and serviced annually, and maintained on an ongoing basis. Lot 1: East Sussex Fire Authority has a requirement for all sites with air conditioning units, that this equipment is inspected and serviced either 6 monthly or quarterly, and maintained on an ongoing basis. In addition, East Sussex Fire Authority has a requirement for sites with mechanical and electrical plant, that this equipment is also inspected and serviced annually, and maintained on an ongoing basis. Additional information: This is a 2 year contract with up to a 24 month extension period if both parties agree. This term is to allow alignment to be achieved with bluelight partners for the letting of the subsequent contract.
