Tender description
Site investigation is proposed to determine the ground and groundwater conditions for a proposed flood relief scheme in Kilkee. The site investigation comprises cable percussion boreholes, cable percussion boreholes with rotary core followon, trial pits, slit trenching for service location along the main road and inspection pits for foundations of existing boundary walls and seawall. Works to include in situ testing, installation of standpipes/ groundwater level monitoring, sample collection and associated laboratory testing, reporting and production of a factual and interpretive report.
