Amey is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced sub-contractors to undertake high mast lighting and gantry refurbishment & maintenance works as under: Gantry Refurbishment: - Remove & re-erect sign gantries from site, cladding panel replacement, shot blasting, steelwork repairs, paint repairs; - Gantry replacement Including foundations; - Light box repairs; - Gantry illumination system upgrades; - Gantry VRS upgrades and installation of hard standing for maintenance access. Minor Overhead Sign Gantry Refurbishment Works: - Minor gantry repair works (replacing gantry access doors, locks and padlocks. Replace plastazote acrylic seals. Upgrade access platforms) ; - Light box repairs; - Gantry illumination system upgrades; - Gantry VRS upgrades and installation of hard standing for maintenance access. New / Replacement High Mast Lighting: - Fabrication and installation of new HML including where appropriate new foundations, power supplies, VRS and hard standing for maintenance access. Minor Maintenance High Mast Lighting: - Replacement access hatches; - Replace hard standing slabs and brick retaining walls; - Installation of HML identity numbers.
