Tender description
In 2017 Teresa Roche established Kylemore Farmhouse Cheese and developed a production unit on the family dairy farm. The aim is to develop an international cheese brand from her family farm in Kylemore, Abbey, Loughrea, Co. Galway. Using milk from their pedigree Friesian Holstein herd, her product is differentiated as a range of premium Alpine cheeses (Appenzeller and Gruyére).
