Multi Party framework for Financial Consultancy Services in two (2) Lots

Tender description

The Central Bank secures the public interest by safeguarding monetary and financial stability and by working to ensure that the financial system operates in the best interests of consumers and the wider economy. The Central Bank regulates more than c.10,000 firms providing financial services in Ireland and overseas (“Financial Service Providers” or “FSPs”). The categories of FSPs currently regulated by the Central Bank are set out on www.centralbank.ie. Tenderers should note that this list of FSPs may be subject to change during the Term of the Framework. In furtherance of the exercise of its regulatory powers, the Central Bank requires certain consultancy services, as detailed in the ITT. Tenderers should note that the Services may be required to be delivered at locations throughout the island of Ireland and/or outside of Ireland. The Services are required under two Lots. The general scope of the services under Lot 1 is for the delivery of a wide range of consultancy services connected with financial service provider balance sheet assessments, liquidity, capital adequacy and valuation work including, inter alia, the following: a) Data Integrity Verification b) Asset Quality Review c) Valuations The general scope of the services under Lot 2 is for the delivery of a wide range of financial consultancy services, including inter alia the following: a) Project Management b) Quantitative Analysis c) Internal Control Assessment d) Quality Assurance e) Resolution Planning, Execution and related Support Work f) Capital Markets and M&A Advisory Services g) Methodology Development h) Investigations / enforcement i) Other financial consultancy service Lot 172766: Consultancy services connected with financial service provider balance sheet assessments, etc. See tender documents for details Lot 172767: The delivery of a wide range of financial consultancy services See tender documents for details
