Tender description
Maintain building HSDU building and equipment. SSD Equipment and Estates equipment Lot 1: Fully Managed Service A fully comprehensive contract which a supplier will maintain the entire building and its equipment (SSD and Estates) for a set fee, all call out charges and day rates will be included. Lot 2: Fully managed service NOT all inclusive the same as Lot 1 but ad-hoc works will be chargeable under this lot Lot 3: Managed Service but only for SSD Equipment Managed Service not all inclusive for the SSD equipment only Ad-hoc works are chargeable Lot 4: Managed Service Estates Equipment Only Managed Service not all inclusive for the SSD equipment only Ad-hoc works are chargeable
