Tender description
When Public Health transferred to Wirral Council in 2013 the budgets for Wirral Primary Care Trust (PCT) were split in to constituent parts. The funding relating to the Clinical Consultant working in Arrrowe Park Hospital supporting CDOP with reports when a child death occurs in the hospital was left in the Council's Public Health budget.
