Thank you for engagement, demonstrations and discussions to help Achieving for Children (AfC) understand more about your company and the solutions you can offer towards a suitable ATS and onboarding recruitment system. Achieving for Children have a ambitious plan to bring its HR services in house and the ATS and onboarding system will be the first part of a range of systems to implement over the coming months. We would like to invite you to provide a clear quotation on the solution you see as most effective for our needs. You will be aware that AfC has a tight timeline from procurement to delivery for this system and as such we will be looking to award a contract towards the end of June to mobilise the implementation phase. AfC are looking for a solution that will improve the hiring managers experience, reduce the burden of manual processes, and enable candidates have access to a friendly well branded system to apply to. AfC are also looking for the system to be configured to enable the processes to be automated via a system, and have the flexibility for hiring managers to move through stages of the system that may not be needed in their selection approach. The following RFQ will provide you with the key functions we are looking for from within your system that would benefit AfC and we are looking to achieve competitive prices with the quality we have discussed previously. Our RFQ will need to be responded to via our procurement portal ProContract and as part of the RFQ we would like to host two system demonstrations, one 60 minute session focused on the hiring manager experience and a 90 minute session on the HR administration/reporting capabilities, and I would be grateful to receive a replay on the dates suggested with times by Thursday 3 June please to enable us to plan those days.
