Works to Community Tennis Court

Tender description

Barcud Housing Association are seeking proposals from an experienced contractor to carry out general repairs to a community tennis court at Brongiwnau, Commins Coch, SY23 3BQ. The works shall be paid for from a community benefit budget, the maximum the organisation has committed to spend on the area is £10,000. Any quotations exceeding this shall be discounted from the evaluation process. Within the budget it is hope the following works can be included - -Update some of the fencing (Most of it is still in quite good condition) -Resurface the whole area in tarmac (using existing surface as a base layer) and re instate the tennis net with lines -Installation of five a side type goals and introduce lines for that purpose.
