Tender description

Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board invites tenderers for the supply and delivery of School Meals to schools/programmes under their remit. There are 11 lots in this tender. Tenderers can make submissions for a maximum of five (5) lots. The contracts will be offered for the initial term of Twelve (12) months with the option to extend the term for a period of up to Twelve (12) months with a maximum of Three (3) such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to availability of funding and satisfactory performance of service providers. The lots are as follows: Lot 1. Tyndall College, Carlow, Lot 2. Colaiste Mhuire Johnstown, Lot 3. School Completion na Siuire Waterford, Lot 4. Coláiste Aindriú, Muinebheag, Lot 5. Borris Vocational School Borris, Lot 6. Coláiste Pobail Osraí Kilkenny/Ormonde College, Lot 7. Kilkenny City Vocational School Kilkenny, Lot 8. Grennan College Thomastown, Lot 9. Coláiste Cois Siuire Mooncoin, Lot 10. Duiske College Graignamanagh, Lot 11. St. Johns Senior National School, Kilkenny. The closing date for receipt of submissions is Monday 21st June at 12 noon. Please note that the same documents can be used for each lot, but each lot must be applied for separately. THE DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN UPLOADED AT LOT 1. There is also a mandatory site visit required-see site visit details in the Request for Tender document. Site visits must be carried out before June 9th 2021.
