Tender description

Replacement of school roofs to include access scaffold, stripping of existing defective perimeter parapet membrane and roof lights on all roofs. Provide new insulated roof membrane laid to falls to include new dome rooflights with upstands in place of existing rooflights, new gully outlets, associated pipework, downpipes, parapet capping/cladding, new rainwater downpipes including connection to existing underground sewers. Fall Arrest System to be provided on all roofs. The completed roof system must have a 20 years manufacturers warranty for materials and labour.
