We need to procure a case management system to host the Prompt Payment Code signatories, manage enquiries and integrate with our website via forms. The system will need to be separate from our existing case management system which is used to manage the SBC complaints and enquiries. We need this because the code is voluntary and is separate from our statutory responsibilities and that data needs to be maintained separately. We are currently managing our signatories through outlook and the number of emails stored in outlook have made the system unstable. We are receiving a large number of emails and we need a case management system to maintain and store this information on. We need a Case Management System which will store our signatories information and maintain our action plans. The system will need to be adaptable in the future and will need to be able to produce management information reports.
