MAINTENANCE OF FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS AND PROVISION OF ASSOCIATED SERVICES FOR RESIDENTIAL MULTI-UNIT BUILDING

Tender description

Sligo County Council will be seeking competitive tenders for the following: Full survey of existing Fire Management Systems and Equipment; Service / Maintenance of Fire Alarm and Safety Equipment and Systems, provision of Fire Safety Gap Analysis/ Enclosures/ Documents/ Fire Training for five residential multi unit buildings under control of the Council. The proposed Service/ Maintenance contract forms a 2 year period with an option to extend for one year. The Contract is being tendered as a single proposal. The Service Provider for all five buildings shall be the same. The Service Provider will nominate a designated sole liaison person and those nominated to delegate for him/ her for this contract and supply this information to Sligo County Council. As part of ongoing capital development of social housing throughout the county, there will be further buildings which shall be added to the list.
