IT Major Projects Framework

Tender description

Northern Gas Networks is looking to to establish a new suite of suppliers under an IT major projects framework. The framework is split into 3 lots: Lot 1: SAP projects; Lot 2: infrastructure projects; Lot 3: innovation projects. Lot 1: Lot 1: SAP Projects Lot 1: SAP Projects Partners in this lot will help NGN to deliver its investment plan in SAP Technologies and these will build on the recently delivered Future WoW Programme, which included the implementation of S4 HANA, SCP Applications, SAC, Success Factors, Concur and Ariba. The work in this lot will most likely focus on developing NGN’s existing S4 HANA and SCP technology and utilising RPA technology to support NGN’s projects roadmap. Lot 2: Lot 2: Infrastructure Projects Lot 2: Infrastructure projects Partners in this lot will help NGN to deliver its investment plan in AWS Technologies and these will build on the recently delivered Future WoW Programme, a virtual private datacentre for our S4 HANA systems and our system control applications. The work in this lot will most likely focus on developing NGN’s existing S4 HANA and SCP technology and utilising RPA technology to support our projects roadmap. Lot 3: Lot 3: Innovation Projects Lot 3: Innovation Projects Partners in this lot will support NGN’s Digitalisation strategy by working on our IT innovation projects in GD2. This work will include, IoT, wearable technology, augmented reality, RPA and digital twins.
