Tender description

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a roofing contractor to undertake renewals to pitched roofs for 29 of its properties. These properties are set in suburban locations and can be found in the Old Heath, Berechurch and Castle wards of Colchester. The properties are a mixture of 1920's housing and bungalows constructed between 1935 -55. The contract will be for twenty (20) weeks. The anticipated start date is February 2021.
