Anchor Hanover are seeking to understand the solutions available in the marketplace to help us define our future direction to manage our Property Asset Management activity. We are open to a multi-solution approach. We are aiming to understand who is servicing this market, the products available and the scope of these solutions, in addition to the trends and direction within the asset management marketplace. This will be used to inform the scope, approach, and budget within the business case to deliver our Asset Management Solutions project. Lot 1: Outline of Project Following the merger of the Anchor and Hanover organisations in late 2018 an integration programme has been in place to move to a common set of business processes supported by a common application platform. This project is part of this integration programme and is seeking to identify a solution/s to manage our Property asset management activity. Existing Software & Systems We currently have two asset management solutions. One is used across the legacy Anchor organisation and one which is deployed across legacy Hanover sites. Northgate provide the Housing Management solution for the organisation. There are several complex spreadsheets in use within the organisation that hold asset management data to assist in long term planning. Purpose of the RFI We are seeking to understand the current marketplace in terms of the suppliers to help us manage our portfolio of property assets. We are aiming to understand who is servicing this market, the products available and the scope of these solutions, in addition to the trends and direction within the asset management marketplace. This will be used to inform the scope, approach, and budget within the business case to deliver the Asset Management Solutions project.
