2030 -Constructive Safety Conversations Workshop

CPI are looking to engage with a partner/provider who can offer a Constructive Safety Conversations Workshop. Constructive conversations have been identified as one of the core principles that will support CPI in the commitment to providing excellence to the business, in order to ensure that our people have the skills to process safety improvements. As part of our continuous improvement, CPI wishes to build capability around safety by redesigning how we offer training and development in this area. How we talk to each other is based on our skills and our personality. Constructive Safety Conversations will form part of our Behaviour Safety training, along with workshops on the 6S technique. The initial requirement is for a Pilot session if successful CPI aim to rollout further workshops.
