<p>EMH Group are inviting tenders to appoint a number of suppliers to a framework contract for various types of property maintenance services. The framework itself is structured into a number of lots, which will be linked to the specific disciplines / trades. These include: Lot 1 – General building services Lot 2 – Electrical Lot 3 – Plumbing and Heating Lot 4 – Scaffolding Lot 5 – Flooring Lot 6 – Pest Control Lot 7 – Drainage Lot 8 – Damp and Mould Lot 9 – Commercial kitchen and laundry repair Lot 10 – air con and ventilation Lot 11 – TV aerial repair services Lot 12 – Fire door replacement and repair Lot 13 – Roofing repairs Lot 14 – Painting & decorating EMH Group already has a contract in place for reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs and contracts in place for planned large scale maintenance and refurbishment projects.
