Tender description

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council has awarded a contract for the supply and installation of CCTV equipment in the Merthyr town centre. In addition, the Contracting Authority awarded contracts for the adaptation of a surveillance vehicle and redeployable camera systems. Lot 1: Supply & Install of Fixed CCTV Equipment & Associated Servers & Connectivity Supply and install of fixed location CCTV equipment and associated servers and connectivity as per technical specification (also includes ANPR, Public Address system, emergency help points and Signage), this includes the following items. 3 x New 4K HD Cameras Rhydycar Leisure Village 1 x New 4k Camera junction of Bethesda / Brecon road 1 x New 4K Camera by ALDI / fountain roundabout 1 x New 4K Camera Top of Newcastle street 1 x New 4K Camera crown car park 1 x New 4K Camera Tesco roundabout 1 x New 4K Camera Masonic street (overlooking beacons arcade Tesco side) 1 x New 4K 1 NVR Server and Licenses 10 x ANPR Cameras 20 x Public Address Speakers and software 50 x New CCTV Signage for System All associated networking infrastructure required All network POE switching required Lot 2: Vehicle Conversion Vehicle conversion, this includes modifying a supplied Vauxhall Vivaro Crew Van into a Mobile Control Room with the following items: 2 x 4k PTZ & Fixed 4k Cameras, WIFI connectivity, ANPR Camera Lot 3: Manufacture & Supply of Deployable CCTV Systems Redeployable CCTV Self contained 4K resolution deployable telescopic or folding towers with Tannoy PIR’s 4no fixed 4K HD cameras – providing 360o surveillance 1no 4K HD PTZ camera
