The purpose of this prior information notice (PIN) is to advise the market of our intention to issue a tender in the coming weeks.The services required include provision and support of: • provision and management of Infrastructure (private and public as appropriate) to host and manage Coillte Business Applications and services; • provision of a managed service desk (including deskside support); • applications and operations support for Coillte Business Applications, Commodity Applications and associated supporting software and databases; • network, hardware and security infrastructure support; • business change supports; • other general technical and application development support services as required.
