North Star is looking for a supplier to supply and fit flooring for the properties listed below (Full site details plans can be in Appendix D - Appendix P) o 8 Park Road North, Middlesbrough o 10 Park Road North, Middlesbrough o 12 Park Road North, Middlesbrough o 70 - 80 St Pauls Place Darlington o 9 The Dialstones, Thirsk o 25 - 28 The Dialsones, Thirsk o 29 - 34 The Dialstones, Thirsk o 1-16 Gloucester Place, Barnard Castle o 30X Mansfield Avenue, Thornaby Product Details: Vinyl - Properties are to be fitted with Ployflor Camero Vinyl Flooring, details of which can be found in Appendix Q Banner Matting - Canyon Rib Entrance matting https://www.leighspinners.com/products/contract-floorcoverings/canyon-matting.php or similar. As well as the properties listed, North Star is looking to retain a Flooring Contractor on an ongoing basis for similar properties within the North East area. We anticipate an approx. annual spend of around ?20,000 on repairing and replacing communal flooring but this is for guidance only.
