Pobl Group Ltd are looking to appoint Contractor's to Construction Framework Agreement for the construction of: -Refurb / New Build Residential -Mixed Use -Specialist Schemes -Associated Works. The framework will be split into five (5) Lots. Lot 1: Lot 1a Construction Framework West for projects of less than 2 million GBP Lot 1a Construction Framework West for projects of less than 2 million GBP; Pobl Group Ltd would like to appoint contractors for the Construction Framework for the following areas: - Refurb / New Build Residential - Mixed Use - Specialist Schemes - Associated Works. Lot 2: Lot 2 Construction Framework for projects of 2 million GBP up to less than 5 million GBP Lot 2 Construction Framework for projects of 2 million GBP up to less than 5 million GBP; Pobl Group Ltd are looking to appoint Contractor's to Construction Framework Agreement for the construction of: -Refurb / New Build Residential -Mixed Use -Specialist Schemes -Associated Works. Lot 3: Lot 3 Construction Framework for projects of 5 million GBP up to less than 10 million GBP Lot 3 Construction Framework for projects of 5 million GBP up to less than 10 million GBP; Pobl Group Ltd are looking to appoint Contractor's to Construction Framework Agreement for the construction of: -Refurb / New Build Residential -Mixed Use -Specialist Schemes -Associated Works. Lot 4: Lot 4 Construction Framework for projects of 10 million GBP plus Lot 4 Construction Framework for projects of 10 million GBP plus; Pobl Group Ltd are looking to appoint Contractor's to Construction Framework Agreement for the construction of: -Refurb / New Build Residential -Mixed Use -Specialist Schemes -Associated Works. Lot 5: Lot 1b Construction Framework East for projects of less than 2 million GBP Lot 1b Construction Framework East for projects of less than 2 million GBP Pobl Group Ltd are looking to appoint Contractor's to Construction Framework Agreement for the construction of: -Refurb / New Build Residential -Mixed Use -Specialist Schemes -Associated Works.
