Tender description
Notting Hill Genesis are seeking a Cleaning Service provider at 13 sites across Central London, Brentford and Dulwich. The contract will be let for 5 years, with the option to extend by a further 2 years. Lot 1: Cleaning Service for Key Worker and Student Let sites. The sites are residential and some offices are included. Year-round duties to include communal areas, voids changeovers and quarterly deep clean. Summer duties require extra resourcing for frequent void changeovers, in a hotel-style operation.
