Tender description

Sage has established a DPS to deliver defect rectification repairs, where these cannot or have not been completed by the developer. Sage will be the only purchasing organisation to utilise the DPS. Lot 2: Plumbing works Plumbing repair and maintenance work. Individual orders and tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required. Lot 3: Drainage works Drainage maintenance works. Individual orders and tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required. Lot 4: Heating / Hot Water Works Repair and maintenance works to heating and hot water systems in residential properties. Individual orders and tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required. Lot 5: Multi-trade Works Multi-trade contracts and works including but not limited to carpentry, plastering, decorating, groundworks, brickworks, etc. Individual orders and tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required. Lot 1: Electrical works Repair and maintenance of electrical installations. Individual orders and tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required.
