Tender description

This tender for temporary accommodation for 1 number x 100m2 Prefabricated ASD unit and associated works is to be returned with 2 options on 2 separate Form of Tenders as part of the tender submission: 1. Supply, installation, commissioning & certification of the unit including the hire costs for a period of 3 years and removal of the units and re-instalment of the grounds at the end of the rental period. 2. Supply, installation, commissioning & certification of the units and a separate price for outright purchase of the units to St. Colmcill's Primary School, Templemore, Co. Tipperary. Tenderers must sign the "DoES Suitability Declaration for Small Works" available at www.education.ie under School Building & Design > Procedures and Cost Plans (Design Team procedures), and if requested to do so must provide the necessary evidence of compliance stated in that document within 7 days, including evidence of annual turnover greater than 1.5 times the sum tendered, and Health & Safety competence. The Contract is intended to be awarded to a single main contractor. If a group of contractors apply as a group or joint venture and are successful, either a lead contractor must be nominated who will be responsible for providing the service or a Joint Venture must be formed with whom the Awarding Authority will sign the contract.
