LMETB invite submissions to this request for tender for the provision of Contracted Training for Skills to Advance to the AMTCE, Dundalk, Co. Louth. There are 19 different Lots comprising of specific areas of training with itemised courses: Lot 1 - Pneumatics Technologies, Operations and Maintenance in Manufacturing Environments Lot 2 - Industrial Maintenance Strategies and Planning Lot 3 - Optimisation of Manufacturing of processes and operations for Industry 4.0 Lot 4 - Industrial Electrical Systems Principles, Operations and Trouble Shooting Lot 5 - Industrial Controls Systems and Operations Lot 6 - 3D Design using SolidWorks Lot 7 - Industrial 3D Printing Lot 8 - Design Optimisation and Materials Selection in Additive Manufacturing Lot 9 - Precision Metrology and Systems Lot 10 – Overview of Robotic Operations Lot 11 - Hierarchical Control System Architectures Lot 12 - High level programming and Simulation approaches for Robtic Operations Lot 13 - Industry 4.0 Technology Foundations Lot 14 - Bootstrapping Management and organisational Behaviours and Processes for Industry 4.0 Lot 15 - Exploiting Data Practices, Analytics and AI in Advanced Manufacturing Lot 16 - Additive Manufacturing Practices and Applications Lot 17 - Digital Manufacturing Operations Lot 18 - Laser Processing Lot 19 - Innovation and Process Optimisation Methodologies for Advanced Manufacturing Technology Please Note: The courses may run once, more than once or not at all, depending on the demand and availability of funding. Under Skills to Advance, individual modules of these programmes may run. Tenderers are required to submit their response on the Tender Response Document and Appendix 2 Pricing Schedule which is uploaded as part of the tender documents to this RFT.
