Multi-Party Framework to establish a ‘Lean for Micro’ Consultancy Panel. The purpose of this competition is to establish a framework panel of qualified economic operators for the delivery of consultancy assignments (and when required additional contracts based on consultants’ knowledge and experience). Contracts will be awarded on the basis of a daily rate, with assignments typically involving up to 5.5days. The framework will be utilized for the following services: The Lean for Micro programme (or named equivalents): Local Enterprise Office Louth recognises the importance of the development of management skills for people managing their own micro or small enterprises. It also recognises the very substantial improvements in productivity and profitability that can result from the application of LEAN principles in an organisation. Through this programme LEO Louth aims to support managers in effectively embracing LEAN methodologies in their businesses.
